The best thing that happened to me this week:
Met with a candidate I placed earlier this year who has received two pay rises and a promotion in the last 6 months. What makes this more impressive is that my candidate completely changed industry and took a huge risk that is clearly paying off.
If I could change one thing that happened in my day today…
Would have worn a coat, it's freezing!

Working at enable is all about helping candidates shape their future and putting them into a role that will further enhance their skill sets and move their careers forward.
My biggest feel good moment since I’ve been at enable:
Moving into a brand new office after a year of blood, sweat and tears :)
How I explain what I do at a party:
The bridge between clients and candidates. Understanding multiple industries and the career progression for each. Lastly I try to understand what candidates want to see in their next role and potential employer. One of the major influences on the low retention rate in sales in my opinion is down to candidates taking roles that do not suit them without even realising.
