My Telecoms client based in Bristol are looking for a motivating Telesales Team Leader to oversee the Telemarketing team, who will be generating appointments for the BDM team. This is the perfect role for somebody that has previously worked in a sales role and has began to start their management career – also, a perfect opportunity to join a highly successful company that really respect their team.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
Coaching and motivating the performance of the team to achieve business KPI’s and call stats.
Providing sales admin and campaign management support to the Business Development team and Marketing Manager.
Using the CRM database for accurately logging and prioritising the teams work and keeping client accounts updated. 
Ensuring everybody is hitting and exceeding their targets in order to hit yours. 
Holding 1-1’s and performance reviews when necessary to discuss opportunities for them to grow. 
 
What experience you’ll require:
 
Proven background within a B2B sales role – Telecommunications desired but not essential.
Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader would be advantageous. 
A clear motivator that is capable of and enjoys leading from the front. 
 
What you’ll get in return for your talents:
 
Not only will you receive a basic salary of £25,000 per annum but you will also work to an annual OTE of £10,000 in addition. The company also give performance related pay reviews which gives you the opportunity to increase your basic salary whilst still earning great commission.
