This is a new and fast moving company who provide a unique service to construction sites across the UK, saving them time and money.  It is such a good service it sells itself, we need to find people who will introduce the business and service to companies making them aware of what they are missing out on! You’ll have the opportunity to grow within a small business that is taking steps to crack open the construction industry
What experience you’ll need
Excellent communication skills, new business development and presentation skills.
Previous business to business sales experience within construction recruitment.
Have a strong conversational manner and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure but maintain a high level of quality as well as drive towards team targets
Someone who will not take no for answer and will go the extra mile for the clients.
Excellent multi taking skills. 
Previous office based experience using CRM Systems, Word, Excel and Outlook
What you’ll be doing
You will be based between the offices in Cirencester and your home, working in a small but fast growing company.  
Your role will be to contact new business over the phone selling the service, 
making appointments and  then attending those appointments,
Selling our unique and clever software package.  
You will be covering the M4 / Home Counties area with the support of the growing internal team.
