This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a company who are fun, energetic and who are in the process of expanding globally. They need motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to join a company who will reward their employees for working hard, not only with an excellent uncapped OTE, but they will also support and offer you the chance to develop your career and to help you grow as an individual. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • 70/30 split of new business and account management
  • Generate own leads by phone activities
  • Building credible relationships with prospects to create and manage sales
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Discuss qualified opportunities with Sales Director for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to build pipeline
  • Provide input to and support the communication of marketing activity
  • Utilisation of CRM software to record activity and monitor opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & annual targets
  • Occasional travel will be required

What experience you’ll need:

  • Proven, successful, track record in Telesales and the confidence to find opportunities from contact lists, both existing and new
  • Software/ technology background will be beneficial
  • You will be articulate, polite and professional
  • Have the interpersonal skills needed to quickly build relationships with customers, prospects and colleagues alike
  • Must be highly self-disciplined and a self-starter
  • Professional with integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communicator and telephone manner

What you’ll get in return:

You will get a basic salary of up to £22,000 with excellent uncapped commission structure on top. You will be working within a fun and exciting environment for an expanding company who have massive plans and progression opportunities available.
