Holiday Sales Executive
— No cold calling, all warm leads.
- To 18k basic + attractive commission structure (60k OTE).
- Fast paced and lively environment selling holidays at luxury lodges.
- Warm calling and in-bound leads only, no cold calling!
If you’re a confident, proactive determined sales person, who is bored of cold calling but still wants to reap the monetary rewards that sales brings, this is the perfect role for you. A luxury park operator is looking for ambitious sales executives to call warm leads and convert inbound leads to sales. You’ll be selling holidays across 8 parks throughout the UK and offering a consultative sales solution to what they are looking for.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working to KPI’s, calling clients on database to establish what they are looking for.
- Identifying client’s needs and accommodating this to ensure a sale.
- Following up on warm leads through exisiting clients, website and brochure interest.
- Updating customers on offers and promotions.
What do you need?
- Telesales experience is desired, but full training will be provided to the right person.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to close and negotiate.
- A strong telephone manner, assertive but also customer focused.
- Ultimately, attitude is the most important thing for this role, you must be confident, be able to talk to customers and really go the extra mile to ensure you hit targets.
