Investment Sales Executive
— No cold calling, warm & inbound leads!
- To 25k basic + attractive commission structure (60k OTE).

- Warm calling and in-bound leads only, no cold calling!
If you’re a confident, proactive determined sales person, who is bored of cold calling but still wants to reap the monetary rewards that sales brings, this is the perfect role for you. A luxury park operator is looking for ambitious sales executives to call warm leads and convert inbound leads to sales. You’ll be selling investments and shared ownership products and will be proactive in negotiating and closing deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working to KPI’s, calling existing clients and warm leads to maximise sales leads.
- Identifying clients for investment/residential/ownership products.
- Booking appointments for clients to see park specialists.
- Fact finding the client on their current portfolio and financial information
- Following up on sales leads through existing clients, website and brochure interest
What do you need?
- A background in investment or luxury sales is desired, but any strong sales person will be considered
- Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to objection handle
- A strong telephone manner, assertive but also customer focused.
- Ultimately, attitude is the most important thing for this role, you must be confident, be able to talk to customers and really go the extra mile to ensure you hit targets.
