I am currently partnering with a leading data focused marketing agency who are experts in SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Content Marketing, Outreach and Digital PR, delivering campaigns that perform! My client is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop relationships and help generate sales opportunities adding to their already robust client base of blue-chip and household names. If you’re target driven, familiar with working in a sales environment and want to reap the rewards of a great commission structure, this role could be the one for you.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Identify and generate potential sale opportunities that meet criteria, nurturing these new business opportunities from generation to close
  • Make relevant connections, manage, and develop relationships with C-suite/Director level contacts to drive new business leads through various platforms
  • Maintain and utilise CRM and sales tools such as Sales Navigator and Lusha
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of pitches to potential clients
  • Work closely with our Director of New Business and departmental heads to pull together strategies
  • Ensure sales targets are met
  • Maintain an understanding of company processes and policies to ensure these are followed
  • Proactively research new industry developments


What experience you’ll need to apply

  • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding new business targets
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with senior level contacts and negotiating high value contracts
  • The ability to manage a sales process from lead generation to close
  • Attention to detail to ensure proposals are always produced to a high standard
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiently
  • Experience or a demonstrable interest in digital marketing
  • A full UK driving license (mandatory)
