Business Development Manager
Who you’ll be working for
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established telecommunications company based in Gloucestershire. This organisation is looking for a professional and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their expanding team and play a key role during this exciting period of growth.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be promoting and selling their telecommunication products and services into businesses across the UK, representing the business in a professional and dynamic manner. The right candidate will build a pipeline of prospects through identifying and qualifying leads, generating appointments with qualified leads to successfully close business.
Key to this role will be your achievement of monthly sales targets in line with company goals, professionally representing the business in sales meetings and putting together presentations when necessary. You will also competently explain and describe the features of the telephony products that you are selling, handling all customer questions professionally and communicating and liaising with other team members and internal office staff.
What experience you’ll need
The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience selling into SME’s & MSE’s within the telecommunications industry. A proven track record of overachieving sales targets with excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You’ll also be expected to spot opportunities to increase margin and cross sell to existing customers with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
