Who you’ll be working for
 
This fantastic opportunity is for a Polish speaking Customer Service Executive to join a market leading Health Insurance company based in Cheltenham. This well-established organisation is looking for an exciting and passionate Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team and play a key role in this excellent time of growth.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
Your day to day role will include; developing positive relationships with those who have shown an interest in Private Medical Insurance through the company website. You will also be expected to retain long standing and meaningful relationships with existing customers. In some cases you’ll be expected to take the customers on a fact finding exercise, selling the features and benefits of the range of products that they have to offer where you will present the most suited policy from the panel of insurers that best suits the customers need.
 
What experience you’ll need


You’ll be working within a fast paced environment which will call for the ability to self- manage a busy workload, good attention to detail, the ability to multitask and lastly excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish.
