Due to expansion, we are on the hunt for brand new sales executive person join a well-established, proven and experienced Information and Communications Technology Company based in Cheltenham. You'll enjoy working within the business development and sales team, and you’ll be focusing on lead generation within the company, which offers you fast career progression into potentially to more of a field’s base role.
What you’ll be doing
This role is about creating interest in the products/services and to generate new business and arrange meetings with new clients as well as meeting up with existing clients. These clients can be from small to large size and focusing on building your market. Your job will be to eventually identify and develop new business through networking and mainly understanding customer’s diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet their needs. You'll work on a diverse role which not only includes lead generation but outbound tele-marketing.
What experience you’ll need
Ideally you’ll have previous experience within a B2B sales role, if this has been gained within the IT/Technology/Telecommunications sector, however most importantly is the ability to develop communication and relationship skills with future clients. Although the role is diverse with variety of lead generation and tele-marketing, you'll still need a strong head for achieving objectives and working towards targets given by the sales manager. You’ll also have strong communication skills with the confidence to make new business meetings across all levels of businesses within your area. The right candidate will also have confidence, the ability to work well within a team as well as individually and finally a strong passion for technology.

In return you can expect a basic salary up to £25k, a commission scheme and great benefits. You will have the opportunity to progress into a field sales role. You’ll be training with a team who will work closely with you to help shape your development.
