What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly into a co-founder of the business, the Customer Success Manager, “CSM”, is to be the omnipresent advisor to help customers exceed their expectations.  
The main purpose of the CSM is to protect customer renewals and assist with growth by committing to the very highest levels of customer satisfaction
On-board new customers and get to know our existing customers in-depth, so you can help them optimise their productivity and discover new ways to apply our products to meet their challenges.
Become an expert in the use of our products to advise customers on best practice.
Educate customers about new product features, industry trends, market intelligence and relevant marketing materials such as white papers.
What experience you’ll need:
Energetic, self-motivated and well organised, with a passion for the industry, technology and, above all,
customer success.
3+ years’ experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, ideally with experience of strategic sourcing technology.
An understanding of the procurement and strategic sourcing process to advise procurement professionals on good practice, ideally across multiple categories.
An analytical and curious brain that finds answers in a sea of data.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of seniority.
