Are you currently within a Sales role that lacks progression? Maybe you have just finished university studying a technical degree but you fancy getting your teeth into the exciting and rewarding sales world? I could have the perfect role for you. My client is a bespoke software company who due to growth, are now seeking a sales passionate, driven and ambitious individual to come on board and join the team as a Business Development Executive.  Your role will be office based initially, where you will be making outbound B2B calls generating interest in the client’s products and services. This role will be fast paced and the calls will be of high volume however once you get off the ground the rewards will come reaping in! Career progression is something which is highly driven with this client and they would want the successful candidate to naturally quickly progress into attending appointments and then progressing into a Business Development Manager role. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Researching the needs of the company and learning who makes decisions
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport & set-up meetings
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the account and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Generate leads and build long-term, sustainable relationships with prospects

What Experience You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record within Sales or a true passion to develop a Sales Career
  • Should have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive
  • Keen learner with genuine interest & understanding of the upcoming market trends and awareness of the business world
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Listening, Communication, Articulation, Presentation, Negotiation and Analytical skills
  • Skills in prioritising & triaging obligations 
  • Self-motivated and self-driven
