One of the UK’s fastest growing Business Insurance providers is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their ever-growing team. They are a young, dynamic and client-focused company, seeking like-minded people to join them to help to continue their sustained growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Using various sources to identify new leads – such as search engines.
- Contacting prospect clients via new calls to grow relationships.
- Identifying client needs to offer the best services available.
- Networking on social platforms to build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiating by phone, email, and eventually attending face-to-face meetings.
What experience you’ll require:
- B2B outbound telesales experience would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in insurance is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to lead source and speak to Director-level clients.
What you’ll get in return for your talents:
You will receive a basic salary of £19,000 per annum with an uncapped commission structure, where you could earn an additional £5,000 on top each year. The company also offer some amazing benefits such as; regular team nights out PAID, free fruit daily, PerkBox and rapid progression opportunities.
