An expert video production company, that have excellent contacts in the construction industry, are looking for a Commercial Director to join their growing team. You will be working on behalf of a world-leading Ultra-HD Remote Time-Lapse Camera Systems business. With the opportunity to work very closely with the Managing Director and Client Services Director to offer an end to end high quality service and ensure the Commercial element of the business is running smoothly
What you’ll be doing
Manage messaging and communications between the business and existing or prospective clients
Research and implement ways of making our clients’ working lives easier
Provide clients with a clear, consistent and high-value commercial proposition
Develop frameworks and organization-wide contracts
Increase and improve interactions with clients
What you’ll need
You will have extensive, senior level experience working for a main contractor and will need a good understanding of standard construction projects, terminology, stages of the RIBA plan of work and sequencing.
Current knowledge of the software and digital construction environment is essential, as is the ability to communicate the value of digitisation to all levels of stakeholder across a project.
Experience of managing and developing the careers of direct reports
Experience working with external agencies and freelancers
Experience in outbound sales or recruitment within the Construction industry
What you’ll get in return for your talents
You’ll receive a basic salary of up to £50,000 with uncapped commission structure. You’ll get exposure to the whole of the Commercial leadership cycle, working with a group of really experienced and talented professionals within the Construction and Video production industries.
