One of the first of their kind in the Cyber Security industry, this company is looking for a Sales Director to join their Bristol office and help the further growth of their existing team. You will need a proven background in growing a team to be the best they can be and being a true leader! 
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Coaching the existing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to develop new opportunities within accounts.
  • Developing new strategies to drive growth within new and existing accounts across EMEA territory.
  • Monitoring key performance indicator (KPI’s) for the team; sharing best practice regarding tools, techniques and account management strategies.
  • Accurately forecasting and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales Enablement to take ownership of the team training curriculum and career development plans.
What experience you’ll require:
 
  • Deep experience of growing a Business Development team within the SaaS industry is highly recommended. 
  • Clear track record of hitting individual targets and helping your team to grow.
  • Ability to create and present sales plans and setting objectives.

This amazing client are offering the lucky candidate a basic salary of up to £80,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £160,000.
