Which leads us to our own requirement, a talented Recruitment Consultant who wants more out of their next role, somebody that wants to play an integral role within the businesses future success and growth.

What you’ll be doing

We specialise within one thing and one thing only – sales recruitment. Our consultants operate within a defined territory and sector positioning which in return allows them to build real market knowledge, clients, candidates and the roles they recruit for.
This is a full 360 role, the ability to spot an opportunity, or s*it hot candidate at 100 paces and know exactly what, where and who they could and should be talking to and make it happen. It’s about market mapping, listening and consulting. It’s in the way we communicate, the doors we open and the service we pride ourselves on providing everybody we come into contact with you.
You’ll also be supported by an industry experienced management team and an immensely talented marketing manager, all of which will help you build your market profile and a clear roadmap for success from the outset.

What experience you’ll need 

We’re looking for a Recruiter that wants to be part of something genuinely exciting, that’s looking to carve out a career without restrictions. You’ll need to have 360 recruitment experience (with proven success), a natural ability to spot real sales and business development talent, hold excellent organisational and communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
