A wonderful opportunity for a Bid Manager to join a highly active and well respected charity organisation within the employment sector – working with a range of UK businesses across the public and private sector in creating the best possible workforces. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody that has an interest in getting into the non-profit sector.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
Supporting the bid management process by developing policies, procedures, processes, documentation and systems. 
Manage the preparation and submission of all major bids, tenders and proposals. 
Maintain the quality of tender submissions through editing and proof reading.
Setting up portal processes and monitoring portals for tender opportunities. 
Leading in the development, maintenance and evaluation of a collection of standard bid content. 
Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development departments in the delivery of the Marketing and Business Support operational plan.
 
 What experience you’ll require:
 
• Experience in a not-for-profit organisation would be beneficial.
• Previous experience of bid and proposal writing.
• A degree would be very advantageous.
