What you’ll be doing
You will be required to be multi-disciplined to commercial operations and drive new business revenue, ensuring good retention levels across the business; you will build a robust pipeline of new business and develop them into key accounts, ensure that key revenue lines hit budget, deliver excellent professional sales standards, lead and develop your sales staff in your sector, using innovation and creativity within your team to build your sales revenue.
What experience you’ll need to apply
You’ll be working within a fast-paced environment which will call for the ability to self-manage a busy workload and diary whilst remaining motivated to achieve, the experience of working within a B2B background, strong communication with the ability to communicate to a senior level both internally and external, ability to develop relationships at a senior level and leverage added value from them, ability to think strategically and contribute to overall B2B strategy, strong networking and relationship-building skills, Strong commercial acumen in relation to SME and large business.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
In return, you can expect a basic salary up to £23K depending on experience with an OTE structure that should see you earn an additional £15K if all goes to plan, 25 days holiday, plus you’ll have the opportunity to join a thriving, successful business with cracking career opportunities.
