What you'll be doing:

  • Grow revenues & market share from an existing and a new client base
  • Provide pipeline reporting & forecasting for your client base to the team and wider business
  • Identify new clients & sectors to target and follow best practice to generate new business and increase market share 
  • Hit and exceed monthly print and digital budgets
  • Ensure the CRM system is 100% accurate & up to date at all times
  • Attend trade & consumer shows where appropriate & feedback to the wider team
  • Meet & present to clients & agencies – in person or in recent times via video conferencing

What experience you'll require:

  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally
  • Good planning and organisation skills – meeting deadlines and measuring performance against goals, evaluating results consistently
  • Ability to build long term partnerships – responding appropriately and being sensitive to customer needs and concerns
  • Be comfortable with delivering challenging revenue goals as part of a wider team
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills as well as good attention to detail
  • Strong new business skills and a tenacious approach
