Who you’ll be working for
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a market leading waste management company. My client controls a significant proportion of waste arising in the UK which places them at the centre of a dynamic and growing sector, providing indispensable services to all UK businesses.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be focused on pro-actively selling my client’s products and services through growing and nurturing a dedicated sales territory, liaising directly with management and building relationships from the depot all the way up to board level. Essentially you’ll be tasked with delivering profitable new revenue streams across the range of services provided and ensuring that existing accounts are maximised.
What experience you’ll need
You’ll be working in a fast paced environment which will call for the ability to self-manage a busy workload and diary whilst having the hungry to achieve maximum results. You’ll also have a clear passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets, holding excellent presentation, verbal and communication skills. A driving license will be essential.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
In return you can expect a basic salary of up to £35k depending on experience with an OTE structure that could potentially see you earn an additional £20k. You’ll also be supplied with a car and fuel card, plus you’ll have the opportunity to join a thriving, successful business with great career opportunities.
