  • Up to £20k basic salary + commission
  • Provide award winning customer service
 
Due to expansion this innovative online retailer is looking to expand their operations and customer service side of the business. It is a great opportunity for someone who has some experience of customer service and operations who would like to join a rapidly expanding business where the possibilities are endless.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
  • Working on a variety of roles working in our office and showroom, on a full time permanent basis.
  • Give award winning levels of customer service
  • Assisting other departments of the company e.g sales and logistics
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to solve problems and prevent issue
  • Using your own initiative to problem solve.
 
What experience you’ll need
 
  • Have experience in customer service, admin or sales
  • Proven ability to problem solve and relay information in an effective manner
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical experience of using PCs and Macs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
