- Up to £20k basic salary + commission
- Provide award winning customer service
Due to expansion this innovative online retailer is looking to expand their operations and customer service side of the business. It is a great opportunity for someone who has some experience of customer service and operations who would like to join a rapidly expanding business where the possibilities are endless.
What you’ll be doing
- Working on a variety of roles working in our office and showroom, on a full time permanent basis.
- Give award winning levels of customer service
- Assisting other departments of the company e.g sales and logistics
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to solve problems and prevent issue
- Using your own initiative to problem solve.
What experience you’ll need
- Have experience in customer service, admin or sales
- Proven ability to problem solve and relay information in an effective manner
- Good telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Technical experience of using PCs and Macs
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong relationship building skills
What you’ll get in return for your talents
