Working as a business development manager you will be selling a suite of cloud based software solutions across a variety of industries such as Education, Legal and Local Government - (To name a few). You will have all the tools you need to not only become the market leader of your territory but also offer a bespoke solution to assist in growing businesses to their full potential.
What you’ll be doing?
- Partner closely with sales leadership to speed up sales cycle and deal closure To self-generate your leads proactively and efficiently by maintaining an eye on the market at all times and chasing new business.
- Handle contract management and renewals and oversee associated service agreements (SLAs) with clients.
- Analyse KPI and metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven insights.
- Create lead generation lists using industry specific tools such as LinkedIn.
- Effectively presenting the products and services available while matching the benefits to the customers’ requirements.
- Create and put in place business and system processes to support client delivery and reporting.
- Support the Leadership Team and your colleagues.

What you’ll need?
- Managing sales forecasts and sales pipeline data through CRM systems.
- Supporting the lead generation process.
- Managing sales prospects through a sales pipeline process.
- Understand the latest sales tools and optimising existing sales software; especially Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Have practical knowledge of sales processes and sales reporting, including sale forecasting, sales force, automation, and territory planning and management.
- Able to operate independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
