What you’ll be doing:
- Work with departmental managers to drive sales activity
- Champion and demonstrate the company values
- Shared responsibility for hiring of the sales team
- Train and coach, ensure the team follows the company processes
- Work with Marketing on initiatives that pertain to growth
- Management of sales pipelines/forecasts
What experience you’ll need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ management experience
- Strong and proven hands-on and management experience
- A genuine drive and passion for sales management and motivating a sales team
- A strong knowledge of structural sales throughout the sales cycle and account management process
