I am currently looking for a Head of Sales to lead, inspire and drive sales across the UK for this reputable business. You will be working with the senior management to create a strong sales strategy across multiple locations and building the team in the Bristol office. This is an incredible opportunity where you will be a real leader and getting the best out of the existing and new teams.
What you'll be doing?
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working alongside the senior management team to create a sales strategy
- Mentoring, leading the existing team and recruiting new members during this pinnacle time of growth
- Managing the team of 15 which will be growing to 25 in the next 18 months
What experience you'll need?
- Working in the telecommunications industry
- Managerial/Leading experience
- Proven experience of hitting and setting targets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
