A well-established Digital Marketing Agency, with an extremely impressive client base, is looking for a Senior Business Development Exec / Sales Manager to join their agency and help Grow, Develop, Train and Mentor their Sales Division whilst hitting a small revenue target. This agency prides itself on working with local and independent businesses, across multiple digital channels (SEO, social media, PPC, and everything in between). This agency has been going strong for over ten years now and in that time have won a number of accolades.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ownership of the KPI’s and revenue target for the business
  • Team leadership, including the recruitment, training and development of sales & marketing functions (currently 2 x BDE's)
  • Lead generation planning & nurturing to improve conversion rates and contract value
  • Selling into key accounts
  • Define, track and report KPI’s for both inbound and outbound sales to new and existing customers
  • Liaising with General Manager to track and monitor progress with business objectives
  • Working closely with Client Services Director to align sales and delivery

What experience you’ll require:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management function preferably within a digital marketing company or similar.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales results and managing a team in a competitive, fast-moving sector
  • Experience of developing and executing outbound sales and inbound lead sales plans
  • Must be a self-start, hands-on team member and operate with a start-up mentality.

What you’ll get in return for your talents:
