Outbound B2B Sales Manager- Telemarketing
Who you’ll be working for:
This fantastic opportunity for an outbound B2B Sales Manager to join a professional telemarketing company with 10 years wealth of telemarketing experience, based in Bristol specialising in appointment setting for a broad variety of clients.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for recruiting and driving a team of 15 outbound sales executives through coaching, ongoing mentoring and personal development programmes. You’ll implement improvements to current operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational wellbeing and take responsibility for the ongoing growth of the company’s New Business Strategy, liaising with Integrity’s external marketing partner to plan marketing projects and ensure website and networking sites provide maximum opportunity. You will also be running day to day and post campaign management
What experience you’ll need:
A track record proven in a B2B outbound sales environment, demonstrable experience in managing, coaching and the development of the team of sales executives with the ability to identify and recruit a successful team with a proven track record of implementing a successful new business pipeline. You’ll have a strong knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management, be able to multi task and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients and have excellent leadership and organization skills with the experience in data management within CRM systems and excel experience at the level of producing statistical information.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
In return you can expect a basic salary of £30k - £40k depending on experience with an OTE of £40k - £50k, plus private health insurance (after 6 m months service) and the opportunity to join a thriving, professional and successful business.
