This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident telesales executive to join an established organisation in Bedminster that offers a relaxed and fun working environment. They are a recognised supplier of office supplies and promotional products and will be calling existing customers and increasing their spend. You'll have the opportunity to be creative, building solutions for customers that will help them to promote their own business.
What youâ€™ll be doing:
- Proatively selling the product range to assisting customers on the database
- Looking for opportunities to upsell and cross sell.
- Ringing lapsed customers and encouraging them to spend again.
- Keeping up to date with promotions, deals and new products in order to fully service clients needs.
- Ensuring the best customer service at all times.
What youâ€™ll need:
- A yearâ€™s experience (at least) in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Proven success in a KPI driven environment.
- The ability to self-manage your day.
