Outbound Sales Executive

Due to continued growth - we're on the hunt for hunters to join an established, multi-award winning media business in Central Bristol. They are looking for B2B sales professionals that can drive their already thriving business forward. This is a role within a tight knit, fun and lively team. What you’ll be doing:
- Outbound calling small to medium size businesses within the trade industry.
- Introducing an online national review and recommendation product that brings huge value in prompting their services and essentially winning them more business.
- Manage and lead a pipeline, working towards personal targets personal and team targets.
- Inform and educate customers on the online recommendation and review proposition, highlighting benefits and bringing immediate value to the prospect relationship.
- Develop product knowledge to improve your success.
What experience you’ll need:
- Experience within a sales environment, ideally outbound B2B.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the confidence to negotiate with individuals of all different levels.
- You will have a proven track record working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- You will have the ability to manage a busy administrative workload and manage your own pipeline.
What you’ll get in return:
In return you can expect a base salary up to 20k (depending on experience), an extra 4k on target earnings working alongside a dedicated training team who work closely with you to help shape your development, whether you want to progress into more senior positions or progress into other fields within the company.
