A growing Media and Advertising company that have just moved into their exciting new offices in Central Bristol are looking for a Business Development Manager to join them in their growth. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody that has proven outbound, new business experience and wants to be part of a rewarding company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for the client-growth of seven brands.
- Growing new lead opportunities through own generation.
- Building and nurturing lasting relationships with a strong client-base.
- Identifying areas of improvements and setting individual deadlines and revenue targets.
- Creating your own appointments with new and existing clients.
- Pitching suitable products to new clients and updated products to existing.
- Attending networking events relevant to your brands to grow credibility.
What experience you’ll require:
- Proven experience selling Advertising and Media within a B2B market.
- Experience within an outbound sales role – telephone or face-to-face based.
- Ability to manage own opportunities and use initiative.
What you’ll get in return for your talents:
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn commission on top. You will also be given 25 days annual leave with an additional day PAID for your birthday and the opportunity to buy and sell more.
