A rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency, with an extremely impressive client base, are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team. This agency prides themselves on working with local and independent businesses, across multiple digital channels (SEO, social media, PPC, and everything in between).
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively sourcing for new potential leads to grow pipeline.
- Gaining new clients via calling prospects and identifying their needs.
- Contacting businesses to promote the services the company can offer to suit their needs.
- Working to manage and meet own personal monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date with the progress of new leads.
- Building strong rapport and long-lasting relationships with prospective clients.
What experience you’ll require:
- Previous outbound B2B sales experience.
- Experience within a Digital Marketing Agency would be advantageous; ideally SEO/PPC.
- Self-starter and highly motivated to manage own workload; no micro-management.
What you’ll get in return for your talents:

On top of this, you will be given an uncapped commission structure to work to, where you have the potential to earn up to £10,000 – 15,000 in your first year.
