Our client is looking for a highly credible, experienced member of the Client Listening team who can influence, challenge and coach senior stakeholders in a key business success role.
 
You will be a highly customer focused person, with the ability to listen and feedback crucial business success information to key stakeholders and partners. This is a key role for the business with scope to develop a team of executives beneath you and be given the freedom to be creative with your strategic ideas.
 
What you’ll be doing
 
  • Working closely with partners and key stakeholders around the business
  • Coordinate with the development team to provide feedback on clients experiences
  • Manage the pipeline of clients across all sectors and practice areas
  • Analyse results across the programme and share findings with the Executive Board
  • Develop bespoke reports and dashboards to monitor actions arising from the client feedback interviews.
 
What experience you’ll need
 
  • Organised and process driven 
  • Customer facing background with outstanding customer relations skills and hands-on experience in Professional services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to change board level exec’s perspectives.
  • Able to adapt style to different audiences and channels 
  • Attentive to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Project Management experience 
  • A thirst for technical knowledge and application of knowledge to generate ideas.
