What you’ll be doing
You’ll Recruit and Drive a team outbound sales executives through ongoing mentoring coaching and personal development programs, Implement improvements to current operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational wellbeing, Ongoing growth of the company’s New Business Strategy, Liaison with the companies external marketing partner to plan marketing projects and ensure website and networking sites provide maximum opportunity,
What experience you’ll need
A proven track record of a B2B sales environment ideally generated through outbound calling, The ability to identify and recruit a successful team, demonstrable experience in managing, coaching and developing a team of sales executives, Experience in data management within CRM systems and excel experience at the level of producing statistical information, Excellent leadership and organisation skills, Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
