A small but successful Software company based in Central Bath are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team. This is the perfect role for somebody that is able to generate brand new leads and completely own the whole process themselves! 
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Building your own sales pipeline using Salesforce and external databases. 
  • Maintaining prospect clients from start to finish to ensure healthy relationships. 
  • Giving live demonstrations to potential clients of the software available. 
  • Identifying clients’ needs and negotiating the best deals. 
  • Closing deals independently and continuing to nurture those relationships. 
What experience you’ll require:
 
  • Proven background in sales – Inc. Telesales, BDM, Telemarketing, Sales Exec etc. 
  • Experience selling SaaS/Software would be beneficial but not essential. 
  • Knowledge of the Public Sector would be advantageous but again, not essential. 
What you’ll get in return for your talents:
 
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience and one of the best commission structures for this type of role I’ve seen in while! Average earning potential for first year is £45,000, salary inclusive, however, the “top earners” have been known to earn £80,000 + in total. You will be part of a close-knit team that regularly get together for team days out, BBQ’s in the office garden and have the opportunity to gain incentives!
